These warranties do not cover abuse to, or misapplication of the blade or bit. Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of such part or parts as inspection by manufacturer shall disclose to have been defective. The foregoing express warranties are in lieu of all other warranties. We disclaim all other warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness to a particular purpose.

In no event shall we be liable, for incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. We also will not pay for transportation costs in connection with the replacement or repair of any defective part. Note : Partial list, not all products are listed here.


If the bond between the diamond rim and core fails during the normal useful life of the blade, the blade will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.

This type of warranty applies to the following product codes:

CTP-D, CTXV-D, CTV-D, CTE-D, CTP-W, CTV-D, CTE-W, TRP-D, TRV-D, TRE-D.


If the laser weld or diffusion bond between the segment and the core fails during the normal useful life of the blade, the blade will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.

This type of warranty applies to the following product codes:

TCU-WD, TCA-WD, TCT-WD, GPP-D, GPV-D, GPV-W, AMP-D, AMP-W, ASP-D, ASV-D, ASP-W, RCP-D, RCV-D, RCP-W, ACP-W.


If the brazed bond between the segment and the core or barrel fails within the first .050" of segment wear, the blade or bit will be repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE.

This type of warranty applies to the following product codes:

GPE-D, GRP-W, GRV-W, MRP-W, TPB-D, VCC-D, GC-D, CBSP, CBLP, CBSV, CBLV.
